Retirement of Directors
Urals Energy (LSE: UEN), an independent exploration and production company with operations in Russia, announces that Vasiliy Sechin and Vladimir Sidorovich, both non-executive directors of the Company who had been appointed by the Board of Directors on an interim basis, did not stand for election to the board of the Company at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 18 December 2009 and therefore retired from the Board of Directors.
